We design, manufacture and install specialist, prototype and one
off products for any application the customer may have.
One such product, shown below, is an afterburner. This is a small afterburner that was retro-fitted to a drying oven to reduce unwanted emissions from the drying process. It used a Nuway Selectos fully packaged burner and was designed to start automatically when the temperature reached 100°C and to turn off at 400°C.

Another one off special product was this kiln car loading
station. Comprising of a small kiln car lift this station was used to
transfer preloaded kiln furniture from a hand pallet truck to a waiting
kiln car.

Another specialist product we supply is a resin curing oven. This bench mounted oven is electrically heated by five elements, each rated at 1 kW, and has a maximum temperature of approximately 200 °C. Each element can be turned on and off individually. The temperature of each element is controlled by a digital temperature controller and a timer to turn the element off after a pre-set time period. Manufactured from stainless steel sheet with an internal steel frame, this unit is easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing.
