A Programmable Logic Controller or PLC
system is very quickly becoming a standard part of any industrial kiln. A
PLC can greatly reduce the size and complexity of a control panel by
replacing large number of relays and timers. It also offers the unique
facility to be able to completely change the operation of the plant
without having to purchase new components or rewire existing ones.
We have the capability to incorporate the latest PLC technology into our panels which range from simple alarm control to complete kiln and dryer control panels. See our dryers section for how we utilize the latest PLC technology for advanced temperature control without the need for separate panel mounted instruments - all control algorithms are executed within the PLC.
Our PLC systems are configured to the customers requirements by our own software engineers. We understand that a PLC system and in particular the programming software can be expensive and for this reason we offer a full range of systems from 10 I/O up to as many I/O as you need.
Further to the above point we also understand the customers need for standardisation and therefore we offer to supply what YOU want to use and do not try and push what WE want to use.
